Make personal wellbeing a priority

Hi I’m Charlene, I’m a fully qualified and insured Reiki master/ teacher , Mindfulness teacher and NLP practitioner.

My aim is to help empower people to take control of their own lives and healing. Healing is a journey that takes many forms, healing of the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies. They all go hand in hand to bring about complete healing. Whether that is a physical ailment such as arthritis, a mental illness such as anxiety or depression, a emotional issue such as low self-esteem, lack of self love, grief or addiction. Temporarily ‘fixing’ a problem with medication is only masking a condition. With my holistic therapies, we get to the root cause and heal it from within. Bringing about complete healing and wellness.

My own journey through healing has helped me through deep personal loss of loved ones, addiction and the ability to escape toxic relationships. I was actually a ‘non’ believer in holistic therapies until conventional methods didn’t work. I was always searching for a solution. I stumbled across Reiki, had one session and continued healing from there. Reiki helps to release deeply rooted energetic blocks, that help you to experience endless abundance, joy and love in your life. Its also a great aid in deep relaxation, stress and anxiety relief

I offer Reiki sessions in person or remotely.

I then started to take a interest in mindfulness due to the medical evidence it provided in its effectiveness at combating depression and anxiety. I began practicing mindfulness just by going for mindfulness walks to begin with and realised how this had a great positive impact on my mental wellbeing. I then went on to train as a Mindfulness teacher with Mindfulness Now. I offer Mindfulness sessions which help to keep you anchored in the present, rather than being stuck in the past ( depression) or worrying about the future ( anxiety) . Mindfulness can be done one on one or in a group setting. I also offer mindfulness courses to employers for their employees and they have benefited greatly in stress reduction and less absenteeism from staff. I also run monthly wellbeing days.

I am trained as a NLP practitioner also. NLP stands for neuro linguistic programming. I offer NLP sessions which helps to alter your thinking and beliefs, targeting your deeply rooted subconscious beliefs, which can limit you. Transforming them into beliefs that empower you.
